This top is so dainty and sweet! It's double layered, with a longer layer underneath, which we love to add that fun detail. The embroirdered top is bright and festive, and just naturally brings a smile to your face when you are wearing it! The blue piping around the neckline really helps to accentuate the femininity of the neck and shouldlers as it rounds to the back and ends it a tie that runs down the back. 
*If you have a bigger bust, this top does tend to accentuate that, and we want to be up front with that because some women do not want attention drawn there.
